When came to the bill counter found they were charging for their branded carry bag. When asked they replied they have not got company instructions so they will follow company instructions and not go by the law. A couple more other customers too argued. I wanted to lodge a complaint so tried their toll-free number which says this number doesn't exist. I took picture of a customer bill for who the carry bag was charged.Popular Questions:
