I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Loans Process Not Transparent tata capital Case id_12942829 Contract No- 82004476The issue that I have experienced was: I am clearly Mention in Screenshot. Trapping and threatening the public I was ask to stop the loan for address changed. but tata capital proceed with wrong address with out my permission. I was not accepted the deal confirmation. but executive threaten me for if cancelled the loan it will defect cibil score. i cant able to take other bank.tata capital explained the loan not transparency in all Explanation.Cheque delay: Wrongly committed if cheque delay for BT to axis bank. Tata capital will paid interest. ( Executive asked apologies and paid her own amount to my Savings account.Insurance: wrongly committed if my job layoff. i have to submit my HR letter and get insurance(full loan amount) ( I received Health insurance with wrong address also )Drop down limit : Wrongly committed Tata capital executive said drop down limit is outstanding balance for flexi loan.Your customer care executive simply said apologize in previous mail. if your team don't know about drop-down limit mean how customer will know the meaning of drop-down limit. All customers not banking Employee. Your tata capital sales executives divya said drop-down limit is outstanding balance while deal confirmation.your customer care team also said drop down limit as meaning of outstanding balance. now asking foreclosure charges for full loan amount.I have clearly mentioned in RBI complaint loan commitment not transparent. Proof attached. next we will submit Chennai High court. this highly per-planed trapping and threatening the public. i need 5lacks for loss of damage due to 9 month tata capital threatening me for suck my blood. now i am not well , mentally had a stress and i cant active. blood pressure.I need foreclose the loan with 4.5% charges on outstanding balance as per customer care team and Sale executive confirmation. all proof send to tata capital customer care team and i need loss of damage 5 lacks due 8 month i have mentally stress and affected my health problem.I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
