Kumaran asked 3 months ago There is a Legal Issue.That a person owner of Four Wheeler Vehicle , loan obtained from Finance Company ,has charged under Mines and mineral act for illegally Sand theft.Vehicle also seized by the Police. The owner has return back the vehicle U/s.451. from COURT as fraudulent manner. Shall the FINANCE company can file a petition for cancellation of the order.
